The way a person chooses his clothes can also contribute in weight loss. Once weight is already lost, get rid of the clothes that had all the waistline inches written all over it. Buy a new set of clothes made for the slimmer body after the weight loss. Doing this, one might think twice in gaining weight again as all the money spent in it will be a complete waste if these clothes shall not be worn again all because the weight lost came back and the new clothes no longer fit.
